IDB Invest and the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) have partnered to update Jamaica’s governance handbook and toolkit, a compendium that provides practical guidance and sample documents for companies to embed good corporate governance practices in their business operations, facilitate compliance with local regulation, and successfully navigate current social and environmental challenges.

Navigating Corporate Governance: A Comprehensive Handbook and Toolkit, advises on the selection of directors, issues guidance for board performance evaluations, showcases model charter and policies, outlines a framework for a Code of Ethics, provides a sample Sexual Harassment (Prevention and Protection) Policy and a guidance on the Companies Act of Jamaica 2023 amendments.
