This document shows how the private sector has proactively addressed gender equality and provides concrete examples of what has worked in some Latin American and Caribbean companies. The practices compiled here reflect what was shared in seminars and interviews done to private sector companies, within the framework of the Gender Parity Initiatives (GPI).
