Total Leasing Finco S.R.L. (Total Finco) es una empresa costarricense enfocada en el arrendamiento de vehículos, flotillas, equipo médico y electrónico, así como maquinaria y equipos para empresas contratistas y de diversa índole. Desde su fundación, Total Finco se ha enfocado en proporcionar arrendamiento, principalmente a micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, así como a emprendedores y profesionales independientes. Estos sectores mayoritariamente no tienen acceso, o este es limitado al sector financiero tradicional, y Finco les ha ofrecido una solución con un servicio ágil y seguro, bajo prácticas crediticias prudenciales.
La propuesta de financiamiento de BID Invest consiste en un préstamo a mediano plazo con dos tractos de distinto vencimiento, con dos objetivos a impulsar: (i) incrementar el financiamiento para MiPYMEs que sean de propiedad, de administración o de conformación mayoritariamente por mujeres en más de un 40% del programa; y (ii) financiar activos productivos con las siguientes características: sostenibles, industriales o comerciales, de innovación o productivos. El préstamo contará con una garantía en primer grado de prioridad y orden, sobre la cesión de derechos derivados de contratos de arrendamiento que muestren una cobertura satisfactoria para BID Invest.

Environmental and social review
IDB Invest conducts an environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) commensurate with the nature, scale, and stage of the project, and with its level of environmental and social risks and impacts. The ESDD will confirm the project E&S categorization and assess the project with respect to the client requirements in IDB Invest Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy. The results of the ESDD, including any identified gaps are described in the Environmental and Social Review Summary (ESRS) provided below. For projects approved as of 2016, any gaps with respect to IDB Invest's Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy at the time of the ESDD are addressed in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) presented below, to comply with the date mentioned above.
