Sustainable Debt Framework
A new way to invest with impact
IDB Invest has designed a Sustainable Debt Framework (SDF) as an overarching tool ruling the issuance of green, social, and sustainability debt instruments in different formats and offering types.
The Framework is aligned with the Green Bond Principles (GBP) 2018, Social Bond Principles (SBP) 2020, and Sustainability Bond Guidelines (SBG) 2018 as published by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).
