A colending program to promote private sector investment and employment in Uruguay through the financing of Eligible Companies (the “Program”). Crédit Uruguay, the Agent, will manage the loans and will also provide loans to the borrowers jointly with the IIC. The Corporation will commit between US$200,000 (two hundred thousand United States dollars) and US$1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand United States dollars) to each Loan. The objective of this colending program is for the IIC to work with the subsidiary of a trusted and respected international bank operating in Uruguay to place loans with Eligible Companies. Under the program, medium and long-term (2-7 years) loans will be made to Eligible Projects of Eligible Companies in Uruguay.
