FINPYME Family Business: Workshop on governance for competitiveness and continuity of Family-owned SMEs in Barbados
With the support of the Korean Trust Fund, the IIC is providing a one-day training workshop dedicated to family-owned SMEs in Barbados. The workshop will foster their governance structures and processes. This initiative will assist family businesses in improving decision making and strategic planning at the business, family, and ownership levels, which promotes their longevity and aids the succession process, giving continuity to family businesses.

The Project management for Export program is intended to improve understanding of areas and processes necessary for planning, carrying out, monitoring, and concluding an export project successfully, with a special emphasis on the management of human and material resources. The distinguished panelists and participants include Korean government officials, executives of business promotion organizations, Latin American ambassadors, and representatives from the Korean private sector.
FINPYME ExportPlus: Strategic Planning for Export
The Strategic Planning for Export program is intended to improve understanding of areas and processes necessary for planning, carrying out, monitoring, and concluding an export project successfully, with a special emphasis on the fundamentals behind marketing. The course features exercises covering all the phases of an export plan, which gives participants an opportunity to apply a 7-step model in order to create a business plan for export. Phase II will be the delivery of the theory, with a special focus on financial plans.
