IIC Board Meetings—Agendas and Minutes
Agendas for meetings of the Board of Executive Directors are drawn up and distributed at least 48 hours prior to each such meeting and contain all items scheduled to be reviewed, discussed, or approved by the Board.
Any Executive Director may propose adding a new discussion item to the agenda or postponing the discussion of an agenda item. With the possibility of new agenda items being added or discussions postponed at any time up until the beginning of a Board meeting, the agendas posted on the IIC website are not necessarily final.
The Office of the Secretary of the Board of Executive Directors of the IIC will prepare minutes reflecting the decisions taken on the various agenda items.
